WBRetro is the tool of choice when it comes to capturing the entire surface of forms using point clouds – whether for a comparison with existing nominal CAD datasets or for the creation of new CAD models. The WBRetro scanner is extremely fast: up to 250,000 points per second can be captured for high-speed digitizing. The short measuring times lead to a considerable increase in productivity. The online interface to CALYPSO and HOLOS measuring software from Carl Zeiss and to Geomagic point processing software, as well as the offline interface to all other standard point processing software contributes to the high productivity of this sensor. The accuracy also increases thanks to the definable point grids and consolidation possibilities for intelligent point reduction.

WBRetro CNC

The complete package for the CNC version features all the components required for connection of the WBRetro sensor to all ZEISS coordinate measuring machines with a C99 controller.

WBRetro MAN

The complete package for the manual version features all the required components, including measurement counter for connection of the WBRetro sensor to all manual Cartesian coordinate measuring machines.

Data Evaluation Software

The point clouds obtained with WBRetro can be exported in WBScan scanning software to the universal ASCII format. As a result, any point processing software can be used to process the data.
